TYHEE ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF NON-BROKERED UNIT PRIVATE PLACEMENT
VANCOUVER, British Columbia (March 20, 2015) – Tyhee Gold Corp. (TSX Venture, TDC) (the “Company”) announces that it has completed first tranche of its previously announced non-brokered private placement, pursuant to which the Company has issued a total of 7,750,000 Shares and 7,750,000 Warrants for gross proceeds to the Company of CAD$465,000. Each Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one additional Share at an exercise price of CAD$0.10 per Share for a period of two years from the date of issuance. The securities issued in this private placement, are subject to a hold period expiring on July 06, 2015. The proceeds from this private placement are being used by the Company for general corporate purposes.
